High Point is the first master planned equestrian themed subdivision in Canada, offering acreage homes with a rural feel within 45 minutes of downtown Vancouver.
The project was designed specifically for horse lovers, with 9 kilometers of riding trails, community paddocks and a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor ring. Surrounding features include untouched parklands, scenic mountain views and a wide range of superior recreational and retail amenities a short distance away.
High Point residents are close to wineries, golf courses, and private schools.
