These simple cookies are a perfect choice when you’re looking for a kid-friendly cookie recipe to make on a rainy day. Your child will love to mix them by hand!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup nut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal

Optional ingredients:

  • rasins, craisins, sunflower seeds, nuts, etc.

Mix ingredients, and roll into walnut sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten a bit. These won’t spread in the oven. Bake at 375 for about ten minutes. Cool on a rack and enjoy!
